Roger McMenamin & Thomas Wing have been representing clients in workers’ compensation cases in the great state of Pennsylvania since 1995. Roger McMenamin is a partner at McMenamin & Wing, LLC. He grew up on Northeast Philadelphia. After graduating from Gettysburg College in 1991, Roger attended law school at Ohio Northern, graduating in 1994.
As a highly skilled litigator, Roger has represented injured workers and those injured from the negligence of others for many years. Roger is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association as well as the Montgomery County Bar Association. In his spare time, Roger enjoys golfing, fishing, and is a Philadelphia sports fan.
Tom Wing is a partner at McMenamin & Wing, LLC. Tom grew up in Delaware County. He graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2015 cum laude with pro bono distinction.
While in law school, Tom represented indigent survivors of intimate partner violence as a Certified Legal Intern through the Delaware Civil Clinic in New Castle County. He graduated magna cum laude from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2012 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. He primarily litigates plaintiff’s Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases.
Tom is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and was a speaker at the 2017 Pennsylvania Litigation Summit. In his spare time, he teaches swimming lessons and sells real estate.
